So easy to whip up (and so easy to eat!)

Choux Pastry;
200g (1 cup + 1/4 cup) plain/ all purpose flour
60g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
1tsp baking podwer
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
vegetable oil to deep fry
§ Add olive oil to 250ml of freshly boiled water until dough is warm and sticky
§ Put dough into a piping bag with a large star nozzle
§ Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan to approx. 175 C
§ Pipe dough out long sausage shapes and cut using scissors
§ Place carefully into oil in batches, turning occasionally until golden (2–3 mins)
§ Drain on kitchen towel.
Cover in cinnamon mixed with brown sugar to taste, and serve with a melted chocolate of your choosing.
